Digital Marketing Associates are responsible for assisting with marketing strategies we curate for our clients. The Digital Marketing Associate role is a broad position, meaning that people within this role must have a broad understanding of Digital Marketing, Website Development & Analytics as well as a strong aptitude for customer service and task management. Digital Marketing Associates will spend the first 6 months learning and adapting to the tools we use, our digital marketing processes, and getting to know their clients’ services and goals. Following those 6 months there is the opportunity to expand into account ownership.
The Digital Marketing Associate position is primarily focused on ensuring that strategies set by Strategists are implemented. Digital Marketing Associates will assist with the following services :
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Email Marketing & Automation
Google Ads
Facebook Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Organic Social Media
Website Edits & Maintenance
Content Writing
Campaign Ideation & Development
Responsibilities :
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Update spreadsheets and databases with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Collaborate with colleagues to design creative campaigns or other projects according to the standards discussed with clients
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Design, build and maintain a social media presence for our clients
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Update and maintain website content as requested by the customer
Update and maintain website product Databases as needed by the customer
Manage low to medium-complexity client projects
Requirements :
BS or BA in business administration, communication, sales or marketing
Enthusiastic and passionate
Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales / customer service role
Excellent communication / presentation skills and ability to build relationships
A business acumen
A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
Well-organized and detail oriented
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. HubSpot) is a plus
