Position Summary
The Content Specialist is to assist in achieving the company's strategic objective of growth through contribution to the overall marketing strategy by leveraging social media and email marketing to identify and acquire customers. Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing social media strategy for HHP. Oversee all aspects of email marketing, including building email lists, developing strategy, and writing copy for email campaigns that onboard, engage, and retail potential and current customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Promote products, services, and content over social media in a way that is consistent with our company's brand and social media strategy
- Measure campaign effectiveness through metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, list growth, sharing / forwarding, and ROI
- Use email marketing concepts and metrics to measure and optimize our email campaigns.
- Brainstorm creative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Work with our graphic designer to create brand-specific content
- Complete research on best practices and present reports on performance
- Brainstorm new and innovative ideas that assist with the company's strategic objective
