POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees branch organizational, financial, operational, service and growth plans and staff for multiple branches to ensure branch success and become members’ primary financial institution of choice. Expands existing business relationships, develops new business and ensures the branch culture is professional and focused on sales and service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides leadership, direction and goals in the area of assigned branch district. Strategizes and presents high-level information of specific initiatives and results that are consistent with and directly contribute to overall strategic initiatives and financial performance results.
- Supports the strategic planning process through branch district planning and participates as requested in organizational level strategic planning. Aligns initiatives with business direction. Directs the branch district efforts in an efficient manner to assure that Magnifi Financial meets its strategic goals and objectives while minimizing risk.
- Responsible for all branch initiatives, results and facilities for multiple branches. Develops multiple branch business plans, goals and budgets. Monitors and reports all branch operating results. Assists in researching new branch locations, analyses existing branch locations and making recommendations that are consistent with our organizational growth and efficiency strategies.
- Ensures compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures and recommends and formulates changes.
- Oversees development, training and management of the performance and compensation of direct and indirect staff. Approves hiring decisions and delivers performance reviews and compensation for staff. Responsible for branch district results that are achieved through the successful management of staff.
- Staff members are provided a positive, professional role model of member service and sales through personal example. Goals are communicated through regular individual and branch meetings. Ensures employees receive and actively use on-going sales, service and technical skills training.
- Participates in work groups and/or committees. Works in collaboration with executives, vice presidents, management and staff to meet the goals and objectives of Magnifi Financial.
- Develops and manages the budget and the monthly rolling forecast that has a major impact to the overall success of the organization.
- Provides leadership to community relations efforts, serving as a key ambassador for Magnifi Financial, interacting with key members of the industry and communities served. Ensures positive relationships with community leaders and businesses. Expands existing business relationships. Develops and promotes additional business. Projects a positive image in the field of membership and with current and prospective members.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field and eight plus years progressively responsible supervisory/management experience in a financial institution and five plus years in retail lending or deposit operations; or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through related work experience.

Pay Transparency:
Salary Range: $102,471/yr. through $153,707/yr.
Salaries vary based on factors such as location, internal equity, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
Total compensation package varies based on position and may include bonuses, performance-based incentives, commission, and/or discretionary bonuses.
