Salary Range: $87,444.28/yr. through $131,166.43/yr.
Salaries vary based on factors such as location, internal equity, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
Total compensation package varies based on position and may include bonuses, performance-based incentives, commission, and/or discretionary bonuses.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains data transformation processes, metadata management, and workload management pipelines.
- Designs, builds and maintains data pipelines, working with large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
- Works with APIs (Application Programming Interface), databases, and data warehouses to facilitate seamless data flow.
- Automates and monitors data workflows to prevent failures and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoots data issues, conducts root cause analysis, and implements long-term solutions.
- Creates self-service analytics tools to provide actionable insights into business performance.
- Researches industry trends and emerging technologies to drive digital transformation.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements, infrastructure optimization, and automation of manual tasks.
- Supports situations in which end user consultation is required to identify system function specifications and incorporate them into overall system design and delivery.
- Drives decisions that make a significant, measurable impact on Magnifi Financial’s goals.
- Plays a significant role with stakeholders and IT managers to determine potential risks to a schedule, business risks and impacts for solutions.
- Communicates progress, anticipates bottlenecks, and provides escalation management.
- Identifies, assesses, tracks, and mitigates issues/risks at multiple levels.
- Actively participates in community relations efforts to contribute to the mission and visibility of Magnifi Financial.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 3 years’ experience in system/data integration, development, or implementation of enterprise and/or Cloud software; or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through 5 years’ related work experience.
- Prior experience with MuleSoft and Snowflake
