YOUR BACKGROUND :
- Significant experience in leading engineering teams within SaaS organizations , particularly in system design and scaling.
- Strong foundation in software development and architecture with practical AWS expertise .
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, DevOps, and CI / CD frameworks.
- A proven history of delivering secure, compliant, and privacy-focused software products.
- More than 10 years of engineering experience, including over 5 years in executive roles such as Director, VP, or CTO.
- Expertise in managing distributed engineering teams, including those based offshore.
- Proficient in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional engineering talent.
- A results-driven leader with a track record of successfully delivering complex engineering initiatives on schedule and within financial limits.
- A collaborative mindset, working across teams in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
- Experience as an Architect for a SaaS solution during your career is a significant advantage.
