Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Family Development Team to implement revised standards.
- Create and manage project-specific Revit families.
- Supervise modeling and documentation processes.
- Assign and schedule work to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain Revit models, incorporating backgrounds from other trades.
- Coordinate with project teams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Review and verify work before submission.
- Protect company proprietary and intellectual property.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate degree in Computerized Drafting or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with electrical drafting conventions and standards.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience considered.
Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, including family creation, schedules, and complex geometry.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and project workflows.
- Fluency in 2D and 3D design, Autodesk Navisworks, and Autodesk Design Review.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
