MAGNIFY is excited to share a NEW, DIRECT HIRE opportunity available for a talented Project Manager to join our RVA client’s team!
As Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between big ideas and built environments. You’ll lead project coordination, guide design execution, and support our studio team from concept to construction. You'll collaborate with high net-worth private clientele, consultants, and our internal design team to ensure seamless delivery across timelines, budgets, and quality.
The successful candidate will be experienced and educated in landscape architecture, confident collaborating with high end clientele, possess a team-oriented “can do” mindset, and be quick to identify the right times to take initiative and pitch in where needed to improve overall company performance!

Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Manage project workflow, team scheduling, and budget tracking
- Guide and support designers, senior designers, and interns
- Lead QA/QC processes to ensure industry-best deliverables
- Direct daily design tasks and maintain progress across all project phases
- Review WIP reports and client invoices; assist in hiring and mentoring team members
Qualifications:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture (must have)
- 5–10 years in a professional firm or studio environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with 3D modeling tools
- Excellent design intuition, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong team leadership and organizational abilities
- Experience with high-end residential or institutional projects preferred
- Professional licensure a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
