Job Summary:

As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in developing functional requirements, creating simulations and prototypes, testing components, and ensuring the overall quality and efficiency of our products. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical project engineer or subject matter expert for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Apply extensive technical expertise and understanding of basic principles across related disciplines.
- Conceive plans to develop procedures, codes, and standards in complex problem areas.
- Lead multiple critical and complex projects from design to evaluation of results.
- Participate in bid/evaluation processes and serve as an organization spokesperson on advanced projects.
- Provide oversight of engineers, technicians, and other professionals as needed.
- Coordinate budgeting, estimating, forecasting, accounting, and work order management processes.
