**Job Summary:**
Join our team as a skilled individual responsible for survey crew field activities in Hudson, Eau Claire, or Minneapolis. You will play a crucial role in conducting various surveys, responding to requests from different departments, and ensuring accurate data collection for property lines, land contours, and facilities. As the liaison between Engineering, Design, and Survey teams, you will be accountable for overseeing field surveying activities and maintaining the integrity of survey data.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct plan and profile surveys, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking.
- Respond to survey requests from multiple departments.
- Gather precise data points on property lines, land contours, and existing facilities.
- Record all survey data using electronic data collectors in the field.
- Research land records and resolve physical problems in the field promptly.
- Analyze survey data to verify feature codes and line strings integrity.
- Assist office personnel in finalizing necessary documents and drawings.
- Communicate with private land survey companies, engineering firms, government agencies, and the general public.
