Magnit is looking for a passionate, self-driven, and experienced Sales Recruiter to work onsite in Plano, TX for one of clients in automotive industry.
The primary responsibility of this role is lead full-cycle recruitment of Sales roles across the organization. At times this role may also recruit for other roles in our Corporate Resources functions at Toyota. The recruiter in this role will support the Human Resources department's objective to develop hiring strategies in targeted markets while partnering with supported business groups for long term candidate attraction strategies. This role helps the organization adhere to a single and standardized recruitment process to make sure the organization is lawfully engaging in equal opportunity employment practices. The recruiter will consult, influence, and foster deep working relationships with hiring managers while driving equal process ownership for building and growing talent.
In this consultative fashion, the recruiter will partner with the TA Analysts and at times our outsourced recruiting partners to leverage market hiring data to continuously refine hiring effectiveness and quality of candidates. Candidate experience will also be a top priority by delivering a consistent and informative candidate experience aligned to our TA “Customer First” mantra.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for supporting fully cycle recruiting of Sales opportunities to design a tailored recruiting strategy, as well as finding the niche talent within a limited talent pool
Build the best matched candidate slates, employing multiple strategies to reach the best talent, including heavy proactive sourcing and leveraging and promoting the employee referral program
Provide thorough, proactive, and transparent communication and excellent customer service to key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers/teams, provide recommendations and best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process
Ensure compliance with Toyota policies and employment laws covering recruiting and hiring practices
Understand the Toyota business model, organization, strategy, and drivers, impart your knowledge of the Toyota Sales organization in your conversations with candidates
Exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs and situations
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates are engaged with and motivated by opportunities at Toyota
Participate in various Talent Acquisition ad hoc project initiates
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree, or high school diploma and equivalent years of experience
3 years or more of full cycle recruiting experience
Hands on experience recruiting in Workday Recruiter
Experience in identifying qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques and interacting with potential candidates on social media networks to build a strong pipeline of candidates
A successful history of being seen as a Talent Advisor, building effective working relationships with internal and external partners at all levels
Effective interpersonal skills, and polished, professional verbal/written communication
The ability to build consensus amongst different stakeholder groups, achieve behavior change and acceptance of concepts, recommendations, ideas, and direction.
