Role Description
This is a contract, full-time hybrid on-site and home-based role for a Creative Services Manager located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Creative Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing creative services, including branding, creative strategy, project management (oversight of graphic design and development needs), and creative direction on various marketing campaigns.
The Creative Services Manager will oversee the design and development processes for all digital marketing initiatives. This role will be crucial in ensuring that our digital campaigns, websites, and branding projects meet and exceed client expectations in all design and development aspects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating creative staff (designers, developers) and ensuring all project milestones are met smoothly.
Qualifications
- Creative Services and Creative Direction skills
- Experience in Branding and Creative Strategy
- 2 years Project Management experience
- Hands-on graphic design experience, proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Figma and other platforms
- Ability to oversee and delegate design and development projects to remote-based staff.
- Ability to manage brand compliance processes for creative review and approvals with client-side contacts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and creative best practices; a sharp, critical eye for compelling visual and text creative.
- Experience with website and landing page management tools such as Wix, Unbounce, WordPress, Instapage.
- Creation of promotional creative assets for agency needs
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, and collaborative platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace.
- Experience with basic CRM functionality with tools such as HubSpot, GoHighlevel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
