We are currently seeking a Transporter to work at our Belfast location.
A Transporter is responsible for transporting assisted living residents to and from their scheduled appointments. We're looking for an individual who has the ability to work well with diverse groups of people and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to residents in an assisted living facility
- Help residents with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
