Our company is seeking a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide in our new Community in Belfast, ME. This person has the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently as well as with others. The successful candidate will provide customers with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Know the importance of keeping a safe and clean environment.
- Know how to operate basic cleaning equipment.
- Use housekeeping skills to clean and sanitize rooms.
- Change linen and make beds regularly.
- Be able to use different cleaning methods on different surfaces.
- Be able to clean and sanitize the premises.
- Know how to deal with housekeeping equipment not working properly or in case of fire.
- Be able to safely store and handle cleaning chemicals and detergents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
