We are currently seeking applicants for Mortgage Sales Manager for the Knoxville, TN region.
Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
- Managing the secondary market lending function of the loan production office, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations
- Ensuring that borrowers are provided the required documents to comply with bank regulations, including but not limited to Good Faith Estimates of closing costs, and other Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA) documents
- Educating staff on and enforce the policies and procedures established with regard to the Secondary Market lending function, including addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Hiring and assisting in training loan production sales personnel, providing accurate and timely feedback on the progress of new personnel
- Completing annual reviews for all loan officers under his supervision.
- Bank’s secondary market policies and procedures
- Loan platforms utilized by the secondary market department
- Federal regulations concerning secondary market mortgage lending
- Knowledge of reverse mortgage guidelines both FHA/HUD
- Investors’ guidelines
