We are currently seeking applicants for an Electronic Banking Specialist.
Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
- Daily processing of all domestic and international incoming and outgoing wire transfers
- Coordination and/or posting of wire transfer transactions to correlate with wire transfer requests
- Daily processing of online banking enrollments including verification and input of personal and business applications
- Daily processing of online banking customer account maintenance and correspondence
- Daily retrieval and review of electronic banking reports
- Daily transmission of ACH Origination File(s) to core system
- Daily processing of credit card payments
- Provide customer service and support to electronic banking to external and internal customers
- Serve as backup to electronic banking employees as necessary including but not limited to:
- Processing of online deposit accounts
- Processing of mobile deposits
- Processing Positive Pay
- Assist with maintenance of remote deposit capture customers and records
- Assist with maintenance of positive pay customers and records
- Exemplify commitment to the vision, mission, and core values of the Bank.
- Other Projects/Duties as assigned by manager or department head
Candidates must also have knowledge in:
Thorough knowledge of:
- Magnolia Bank’s product base
- Magnolia Bank’s electronic banking products and services
- Federal banking regulations
- Bank policies and procedures as they relate to electronic banking and NACHA regulations
Ability to:
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Multi-task with limited supervision
- Cooperate and follow directions
- Implement and complete detailed projects based on limited instruction from management
- Relate to and work cooperatively with fellow employees
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of banking experience strongly desired
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail software, and use of the internet
