Magnolia Bank is currently seeking applicants for Mortgage Consumer Direct-Phone Sales Associate.
All candidates who are selected for employment at Magnolia Bank for a position must undergo a background and credit check that complies with all applicable federal and state laws.
This job will receive an hourly pay rate and is eligible for commission incentives.
Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
- Responsible for making out bound sales calls to potential mortgage loan customers.
- Confirms and clarifies customer’s needs and connects customer with Bank loan origination staff.
- Utilizes sales and service skills to guide every customer into the proper mortgage banking professional.
- Properly code and disposition calls for reporting.
- Utilizes phone system, software, databases, scripts, and tools.
- Attends and actively participates in team sales meetings.
- Understands and meets or exceeds outbound call center metrics.
- Performs other customer service duties over the phone as may be required by Bank.
- Maintain a firm understanding and comply with all Federal and State regulations concerning outbound call centers including but not limited to TCPA and DNC requirements.
Candidates must also have knowledge in:

- Knowledge of State and federal regulations as they apply to outbound call centers.
A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required. Background in customer service, call center experience, or sales experience is preferred. Must be computer literate and proficient in keyboarding skills. Knowledge of the mortgage lending business is a plus.
This position reports to the Mortgage Consumer Direct-Phone Sales Associate Supervisor.
