Located on the Mississippi River, on the site of the former Learned’s Mill that operated from 1828 until 1962, Magnolia Bluffs Casino now calls this historic land home. The casino originally opened in 2012 and is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. With numerous slot machines and ample table games such as poker, black jack, roulette and craps as well as delicious dining options, we offer a guest experience unparalleled to others. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only salt water pool!
We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a Wait Staff. This position will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and will be responsible for:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner as described by our service standards.
- Operates POS System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions.
- Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner.
- Accurately records all F&B revenues and corresponding receipt of money, credit cards, complimentaries and coupon settlements.
- Restocks all items and products in area as needed.
- Prepares inventory of area and orders necessary stock.
- Monitors alcohol consumption by guests, adhering strictly to company policy and New York State Law.
- Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Health Department Codes.
- Relays all guest compliments and complaints to F&B Managers and/or Supervisors.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. TIPS certification required.
EXPERIENCE: Previous wait Staff experience preferred.
Other:
- Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
- Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License. Cost of license is covered by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. Travel to Jackson, MS will be mandatory for this licensing process.
