**Job Description:**
We are seeking a friendly, professional, Spanish speaking, and reliable Front Desk Receptionists to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive. You would also be trained as a chiropractic assistant to assist in the back with the doctor.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle appointments accurately
- Provide information about our services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Handle patient requests and concerns efficiently and courteously
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations
- Assist patients with exercises and rehab
- Assist with Decompression patients getting them on and off the table
- Perform laser treatments with patients

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Biligual in Spanish a must
