We are looking for a passionate and competent dental receptionist who will contribute to an efficient and pleasurable experience for patients! Dental receptionist should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to use dental specific software, be comfortable with discussing treatment plan costs with patients, and able to file insurance. We want you to be skilled in determining insurance payments, learning how a dental office front desk, and giving patients an amazing experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that patients are receiving a first-class experience
- Ensuring that all insurance is put into the dental software correctly
- Scheduling patients, checking them in and out, contacting patients about accounts
- Discuss treatment plans, costs, and options with patients
- Keeping work area clean
Skills:
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer experience
- Attention to detail
- Well organized and reliable
- High school diploma
Qualifications
- Medical scheduling
