Key Responsibilities:
Chairside Assistance: Support dentists during procedures, maintaining efficiency and patient comfort throughout treatment.
Patient Experience: Educate and guide patients before and after treatment, helping them feel informed and cared for.
Clinical Operations: Sterilize instruments, maintain equipment, and keep operatories clean and organized.
X-rays & Imaging: Capture high-quality dental X-rays in accordance with safety standards and Ohio state regulations.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage clinical supplies to keep the practice running smoothly.
Team Collaboration: Partner with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
What We're Looking For:
Registered Dental Assistant with a current Ohio Radiology Certification (required)
Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program
Minimum of 1-3 years of dental assisting experience (leadership experience is a plus!)
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Comfort with dental software, digital tools and scanners
Solid understanding of OSHA/HIPAA regulations and clinical compliance
