Summary:
We are seeking to hire Certified Nursing Assistants to work with us. As a CNA at Magnolia Gardens, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care for residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings.
- Assisting with organizational tasks to keep the unit running smoothly.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Compassion towards residents and their families.

Shifts Available:
Full-time on a 4/2 schedule for AM/PM/NOC shifts.
Pay Scale:
$18 - $21 per hour, depending on location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
