Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and energetic Servers/Expos to join our dynamic team. The Food Server/Expo plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile
- Ensure that all orders are taken accurately and meet the restaurant's quality standards before serving.
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist all servers with table settings and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Promote daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery processes.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods for effective communication with guests.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments at the cash register.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
