Magnolia Health and Rehabilitation, a 181-bed Nursing Facility located in Columbia, TN, is seeking an experienced and energetic RN Director of Nursing to lead our Nursing Operations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the role, and has previously achieved acceptable outcomes pertaining to State Health Inspection scores and quality metric ratings. The desired candidate will also be approachable, strategic, and can demonstrate the approprate leadership abilities and characteristics. This role is a salaired role, and will have a direct staff of 4-6 management nurses, and ~60 clinical staff to oversee.

Responsibilities Include :
DON is responsible to behave with discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include the smooth function of medical care for our residents.
