About the Role: Summit Place West is seeking Activity Assistants
- To encourage residents to participate in meaningful activities.
- To maintain all records relating to activities and complete all paperwork on a timely basis
- Assist with seasonal activities and bulletin boards
- Complete initial activity interest assessment
- Assist Activity Director in integrating the activity department with other departments
- High School Graduate or its equivalent is preferred
- Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license
- Ability to read and write in English, ability to communicate with residents, families, personnel and support agencies
- Must be capable of extended periods of standing and bending
- Knowledge of arts, crafts, music and group activities
