Essential Functions
Include, but are not limited to :
- Preparation of accounting entries, acting as a liaison with the department heads and coordinating month-end accruals and adjustments.
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements and supplemental reporting packages.
- Preparation of month-end financial review and analysis of each department’s financial results including researching and summarizing variances from planned and prior year results.
- Assist with capital tracking, inventory, Accounts Payable and audit requests.
- Ability to maintain complex financial records and to prepare reports and statements.
- Preparation of monthly account reconciliations on a timely and accurate basis.
- Supports the inventory count and purchasing system needs as necessary.
- Ability to assist in the payroll function and handle any issues.
- Must have extensive computer knowledge and efficiently learn new software.
- Must be able to communicate effectively to internal stakeholders as well as CDI corporate finance stakeholders.
- Prepares manual checks upon request.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
