Job Summary
We seek part-time and full-time PCA / CNA to join our team to help us fill open shifts, take on new cases and help us grow. In this role, you will enhance the quality of life of seniors and people with disabilities by assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, and other tasks that improve the clients living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Responsibilities
Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
Prepare meals and snacks
Light housekeeping activities
Medication reminder
Provide companionship
Assist with errands and shopping
Qualifications :
Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aid (PCA)
Must possess a valid Virginia driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
Comfortable with pets and a smoking environment
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor toward clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Must have a clean criminal background check and drug screening
Requirements :
PCA / CNA certificate
Virginia driver's license (in good standing)
Current Auto Insurance (Virginias minimum requirement)
