Job Overview
A brand new hotel, Avid Hotel by IHG, is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join our team. Our team is looking for a leader who is wanting to grow and better our hotel as well as yourself. As a lead supervisor, you must have an open schedule. You must have hotel experience, IHG experience is a plus but not mandatory. Please be willing to learn as well as lead.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with individuals/groups and be comfortable in social situations
- Establish and maintain guest service standards that exceed guests' expectations.
- Manage guest and front office Employee relations.
- Assist with maintaining the property
- Supervise front office department employees who are responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the hotel.
- Direct, coordinate and evaluate the front desk
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities
- Train, supervise and schedule hourly desk employees.
- Cover front desk shifts as needed.
- Address hotel guest and employee complaints, and resolve accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
