Route Service Representative (RSR)
Magnolia Linen & Uniform Services is seeking Route Service Representatives (RSR) to join our growing organization. Our RSRs provide a service of clean uniforms, white goods, mats, and paper products to a variety of businesses throughout the Piedmont and Triangle regions. Our customers vary in size and service needs such that the ideal RSR will not only make deliveries, but promote customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability within their route group.

When hiring anew RSR we look for those individuals with excellent verbal & written communication skills, are customer service savvy, and enjoy a challenge. Our goal is to achieve the ultimate customer satisfaction by the tasks we perform, and the level of service we provide to our customers. To meet this goal our RSRs should be willing to take initiative, attempt to problem solve, and handle a variety customer service situation. We select individuals that enjoy working independently and treat their route group as if it were their own business and take pride in this achievement.
We are looking for individuals with at least a High School Diploma or GED, are 21 years or older, and have a valid driver's license in the state of North Carolina. Applicants must be in excellent physical condition, and capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.

Job Description
Training: All our new RSRs receive professional service and delivery training from an experienced RSR or service manager. By the end of training, you will have learned how to confidently service your assigned customers, properly navigate our billing procedures, and complete your daily paperwork.
What you'll be doing:
You will establish strong relationships with your customers by managing the products and services you provide. You will be identifying ways that you can assist our customers in enhancing their business through other services we offer. You will earn their trust and confidence in your delivery by accurately delivering and maintaining all the services that are billed, and by inventorying our products in their facility.
Other Responsibilities:
· Safely operate your company vehicle, keeping it clean and orderly.
· Follow all safety protocols and regulations while driving and delivering products.
· Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual methods.
· Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
· Collect payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
· Work your daily routes, Monday through Friday, without delay and within our expected time schedule.
· Communicate to your supervisor any customer problems or concerns that you have not been able to resolve or need assistance with.
