A Day in the Life of a Culinary Aide at Magnolia Manor
Prepare meals in accordance with standardized menu (recipes, portions, and special diets). Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance. Perform daily cleaning in accordance with the cleaning schedule. Assist in checking diet trays and carts before distribution. Discard outdated items stored in walk-in cooler. Follow all safety, infection control, and universal precaution policies and procedures when preparing food, cleaning equipment, and performing other daily tasks. Report any hazardous conditions/equipment to the Dietary Manager immediately
