Position Summary:
The MA is responsible for direct clinical patient care in all areas of our clinic. Job duties include performing diagnostic testing on patients, patient education, providing an exceptional patient experience, injection therapy, phlebotomy, charting, participation in team meetings, management of patient schedules, recording of patient successes and troubleshooting with provider team.

Performance Objectives:
- Communicate at a high level and exhibit care with every patient contact
- Execute medical duties competently including diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, injections, charting
- Develop emotional connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
- Complete charting on patients
- Ensure that all of the patient’s needs are met, nothing gets overlooked, and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires
- Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan
Capabilities/Key Competencies:
- Precise phlebotomy and injection skills
- Keen organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage patient and provider schedule
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly and effectively connect with patients

Education & Experience:
- Professional Certification (CMA)

Salary Range:
- $17-22/hr

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
