After School Program Supervising Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as an after school program teacher. As a teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and safe environment for our elementary age students to learn, grow, and make lasting memories. This is a paid position. This could be either a part time or full time position. The hours would either be from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm or 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Duties:
- Plan and lead engaging activities and games for students, such as sports, theater, arts and crafts, and team-building exercises
- Supervise students during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Provide guidance and support to students, fostering positive relationships and promoting personal growth
- Assist with snack times, ensuring students are following proper nutrition guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with other staff to create a positive camp experience for all participants

Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Experience working with students or in early childhood education is desirable
