Magnolia offers a FREE CNA program with paid training and hands-on learning Monday through Friday at our facility. In just 21 days, you can complete the program and become eligible for:
- Pay increase upon state certification.
- PTO accrual eligibility.
- Shift differentials and referral bonuses.
Requirements:
To apply, bring the following to your interview:
- Completed application.
- Valid photo ID.
- Social Security card.
Attendance & Academic Standards:
- Full attendance is required for the 21-day program.
- Must maintain an 80% grade average to graduate.
- Scrubs required during Clinical/Skills rotations in weeks 2 and 3.
A background check and abuse registry screening are required. Applicants with felonies or abuse registry listings are not eligible.
