Magnolia offers a FREE CNA program with hands-on learning Monday through Friday at our facility. In just 21 days, you can complete the program and become eligible for:
- Pay increase upon state certification.
- PTO accrual eligibility.
- Shift differentials and referral bonuses.
Program Details:
- The first two weeks of class are unpaid.
- The third week (clinical portion) will be paid.
- Basic math skills are required.
Attendance & Academic Standards:
- Full attendance is required for the 21-day program.
- Must maintain an 80% grade average to graduate.
- Scrubs are required during Clinical/Skills rotations in Week 3.
- A background check and abuse registry screening are required. Applicants with felonies or abuse registry listings are not eligible.
