What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN position at Magnolia Ridge Health and Rehab?
Here at Magnolia Ridge Health and Rehabilitation, we are establishing an environment of care not only for our residents, but for our staff as well. We understand the challenges that the industry puts on our caregivers, and we seek to build a supportive work environment for all. As part of our team, you can rely on management to respect and hear you, to treat you as a human being, to be empathetic and work along side you.
As the premier rehabilitation and nursing provider in Gainesville, we strive to meet and maintain a patient to staff ratio that allows you to spend time with your patients and learn about them. You shouldn't have to spend time hunting down supplies or running out of linen. Meals are served hot and on time for your residents. You'll get to work alongside friendly, familiar coworkers and not random temporary employees. Management staff are here for all shifts to guide you when you need it most.
If you are going to invest your time working hard as a CNA and establishing yourself in a true team, then we invite you to give our family a try. We are willing to work hard to help you feel that you are a part of our team!
