What You’ll Do
- Create & Innovate – Develop detailed maps, blueprints, and as-built documentation using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D to support pipeline design.
- Support Engineering Excellence – Assist with permitting, material quantity analysis, and red-line changes to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure Quality – Edit, review, and manage digital mapping data, maintaining accuracy and adhering to CAD standards.
- Collaborate & Communicate – Work alongside project teams and leadership to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve – Take initiative, contribute innovative ideas, and continuously develop your skills to advance your career.
- Meet Deadlines & Goals – Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining billable targets.
- Technical Expertise – A strong understanding of engineering design principles, material properties, and construction methods.
- Software Skills – Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Adobe (GIS and ESRI ArcMAP experience is a plus).
- Attention to Detail – Ability to ensure accuracy in designs, maintain company CAD standards, and manage project data efficiently.
- Time Management – Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility & Initiative – Willingness to travel, work overtime when needed, and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience with natural gas pipeline drafting and piping design is preferred.
- Prior internship experience at Magnolia River is a plus.
