We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Entry-Level Software Technician to join our Software team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals just starting their careers who are eager to develop skills in GIS, software support, and client service while contributing to impactful projects.
What You'll Do
- Support software-related activities, including testing, configuration, quality control, deployment, and data editing.
- Assist with geodatabase editing and analysis using Esri or GeoCurrent tools (training provided).
- Help install and configure Esri, GeoCurrent, and other software applications.
- Provide basic technical support to clients for GeoCurrent and Esri software products.
- Maintain detailed activity records and report progress to your supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and report any concerns to supervisors or Human Resources.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
