Position Overview
Magnolia Dental is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient education, preventative care, and building long-lasting relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
- Assess patients' oral health and collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Take and review dental X-rays to assist in diagnosing oral health conditions.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventative care, and the importance of maintaining a healthy smile.
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in dental management software.
- Provide a positive and comfortable experience for every patient while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
