**Sales Associate**
**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients.
**Duties:**
- Making products
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Aid customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on current sales promotions and offerings
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized sales floor by stocking shelves
Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Assist with inventory management and restocking activities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally
- Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to effectively sell products and identify upselling opportunities
- Proficiency in basic math for transactions
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
