We help businesses create and optimize their employee benefits programs, as well as benefit administration and we’re looking for an Employee Benefits Sales Manager to join our award-winning team!
What You'll Do:
- Lead the Sales Effort: You will work with businesses to assess their HR needs, focusing on providing tailored employee benefits solutions and benefit administration.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with business owners and HR leaders to ensure their employee benefits programs are effective and cost-efficient.
- Strategic Selling: Utilize your expertise in HR consulting to provide solutions that support employee wellness and satisfaction, from health plans to creative value added plans. Get creative on helping your clients!
- Drive Your Income: As a commission-only role, the sky’s the limit on what you can earn. The more businesses you help, the more you make!
What We're Looking For:
- Sales Experience in HR Consulting/Employee Benefits: A background in HR consulting or employee benefits sales is preferred, but not required.
- Valid 103 Insurance License: You must have an active 103 license to sell employee benefits products (or be willing to obtain it, training material is provided).
- Background Check: A successful federal background check is required to ensure the integrity of our operations.
- Reliable Transportation: Since you'll be meeting clients and leads in person, reliable transportation is essential.
- Self-Driven & Results-Oriented: This is a commission-based role, so you need to be a self-starter with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: You’ll need to clearly articulate benefits solutions and negotiate deals that provide value to both clients and their employees.
