CCS Psychotherapist, In-Home, In Community, and/or Adventure-Based Therapy
Full-time/Part-time: 16-40 hours/week

Wage and Salary:
$58.16/hr-$80.48/hr
$58.16-80.48/hr for licensed clinician including travel time
Benefits:

Magnolia Therapy and Mentoring, LLC provides in-home, community-based, and adventure-based mental health services to adolescents, young adults, and adults, many who have experienced trauma and are experiencing emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. Our team is composed of professional and creative mental health providers who all share a passionate goal of increasing access to mental health care in our rural communities.
Currently, contacted with Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth County's Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program. Our provider’s travel to different locations to conduct therapy sessions and specialize in providing our service in non-office settings. Providers are paid for travel time to each client’s location, so we are open to considering applicants residing in the counties of Dane, Waukesha, Green, Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth. The position requires travel to most clients in their home or in the community. Preferred applicants will have experience or interest in experiential and art-based therapies, Adventure-Based Therapy, Trauma-treatment modalities, or family therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions with clients
- Assess clients' mental health needs and collaborate with CCS team to support client in reaching their identified goals
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of psychotherapy
- Collaborate with other CCS providers to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Provide counseling for individuals experiencing gender issues or seeking LGBTQ affirmative therapy

Qualifications/Requirements: Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (MSW), Professional Counseling, etc.
- License to practice psychotherapy in state of Wisconsin (training license is acceptable)
- Reliable transportation and willing to travel to see clients in the Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth County areas
- Preferred candidates would have experience in Family Therapy, Adventure Therapy (or other modalities effective outside of a traditional office), and experience and interest working with clients of all ages.
