Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing psychological services in various settings, including inpatient care or Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), and will be skilled in conducting diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with disabilities, to promote mental health and well-being. This position is 0.8FTE.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the needs of clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including CCS Service Facilitators, Prescribers, therapists, skill developers, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with DHS 36 and legal and ethical standards.
- Provide support and counseling for pediatric patients dealing with psychological issues.
- Advocate for clients with disabilities, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience with adolescents and adults is preferred.
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and psychotherapy modalities.
- Familiarity with medical records management systems.
- Experience in addiction counseling is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and individuals with disabilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with research in the field of psychology.

Pay: $93,244.00 - $119,094.00 per year
