Job Title: Business Development - Sales & Marketing
Position Overview:
Fast-growing Florida title company looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to help us expand our presence in the North and Central Florida markets. As a newer company, we are looking for someone with the energy, drive, and passion to help grow our business while succeeding alongside us. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our services and building strong relationships with real estate professionals, particularly realtors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services to real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with realtors to generate new business and referral opportunities.
- Set up meetings with real estate professionals and networking events for company owner.
- Present our company’s services and value propositions to potential clients, emphasizing how our title services can benefit their real estate transactions.
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, and in-person meetings to drive business development efforts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and growth goals set by the company.
- Attend networking events and represent the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience in real estate, title, or mortgage industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping a growing company succeed and thrive in the industry.
- Sales & Marketing students are encouraged to apply for internship.
Compensation:
- This is an hourly 1099 employment role with unlimited commission earning potential based on sales performance.
