Description
Magnolia Companies is seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate 3D models of Mechanical Systems Piping / Equipment Layout in Revit for preparing Shop Drawings and Points Layout for field installation and shop fabrication.
Responsibilities :
- Using Project Plans, Specifications and Submittals
- Accurately produce 3D models of Mechanical Systems Piping / Equipment Layout in Revit for preparing Shop Drawings and Points Layout for field installation and shop fabrication.
- Follow BIM Execution Plan (Model Standards, naming conventions, Data Exchange Protocols)
- Manage changes and update model
- Identify / Address Potential Conflicts through RFI Process.
- Participate / Collaborate / Resolve Issues during Coordination / Clash Detection, communicating with Team Members and other Trade Disciplines.
