Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate events, outings, and recreational activities tailored to the needs of seniors, ensuring inclusivity for all residents.
- Collaborate with nursing home staff to assess resident preferences and capabilities to create personalized activity schedules.
- Assist in training staff and volunteers on best practices for engaging residents in activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster a supportive community atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records of participation in activities and gather feedback to continually improve programming.
