Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Demolition Estimator this role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Demolition Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing bids, analyzing blueprints, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in cost estimation, bid preparation, and blueprint analysis
Experience in demolition project planning and execution
Knowledge of construction materials and methods
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
