Job Summary
The Retail General Manager is in charge of overseeing the daily operations of one Magnum
Bikes stand-alone retail location. It is the general manager's responsibility to ensure strategic
sales and service goals are met by managing and motivating employees, with the strong ability
to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. The ideal candidate
will have a passion for e-bikes, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in retail
management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Organizational Effectiveness:
- Review and enhance organizational effectiveness through process
- Establish a motivating work environment and implement innovative
- Provide guidance and feedback to strengthen team members'
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, setting and achieving weekly
- Accomplish your personal goals within the
- Maintain project timelines for effective task completion.
Staff Management & Team Building:
- Delegate responsibilities to the employees and enforce policies,
cultural values.
- Efficiently resolve internal staff conflicts for mutual benefit.
- Coordinate and lead the team in attending events to generate leads for
- Lead team in booking employer incentive programs. Leading and
drive excitement behind each program launch.
Store Operations:
- Oversee daily service and sales operations to ensure efficiency
- Maintain store appearance in line with our brand image.
- Uphold company standards for excellence and quality.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Drive sales growth by setting and achieving KPI targets.
- Actively coaching staff to drive consistency with sales behaviors
- Deliver excellent customer service to lead your team to a customer
- Encourage and coach staff on how to drive positive online
Inventory Management:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and use sales data for informed
- Completing all required monthly required inventory counts.
- Partner with other departments to plan and execute in-store
- Implement marketing strategies to boost foot traffic and brand
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the store budget, including expense control and
- Analyze financial reports to uncover cost-saving and

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and safety standards.
