The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and is key in helping deliver positive employee experiences. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning their careers in human resources and eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
- Assist with the full-cycle onboarding process with new hires, including preparing new hire materials and ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.
- Present to small groups of people.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team, including data entry, document filing, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Assist in updating Human Resources databases, systems, and spreadsheets with employee information and changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations by following established processes.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and general support.
Education/Experience/Knowledge:

An associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job will be considered.
- Previous internship or administrative experience in Human Resources or office setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with an HRIS system is a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods continuously.
- Ability to talk, hear, and see continuously.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to travel as required.
