Education/Experience:
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- High School diploma/GED
- College degree preferred

The recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified CDL drivers. Key tasks include:
- Pre-qualifying candidates by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and verifying driving records.
- Presenting job offers, explaining pay, benefits, and expectations.
- Assist with the recruitment process, coordinate onboarding, and maintain compliance with DOT regulations.
- Supporting driver retention through communication, feedback, and addressing concerns with team
- Assist Marketing campaigns and representing the company at events for driver recruitment
- Staying updated on industry trends and ensuring hiring strategies align with business needs.
