Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced (5 years) Specialties - Division 10 Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for our clients. Estimators at Magnum are also responsible for building client relationships and improving bid acceptance/win rates. This isn't a send an estimate and cross your fingers role. We're after exceptional client service!

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project plans and specifications to determine scope.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing labor, material, equipment, and time requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to gather information and pricing.
• Assess cost effectiveness and identify areas for potential cost savings.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Follow up with estimates to insure accuracy and help increase project win-rates.
• Build relationships with key customers to insure satisfaction & efficiency.

Qualifications:

- 5 Years of Proven experience as an Estimator in Division 10- Specialties.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

-Working experience with Procore & Bluebeam platforms.
