The Office Administrator is responsible for entering bills of lading in the TMW dispatch system, verifying payroll, managing the office, and supervising backup dispatch personnel.
- Enter each bill of lading number into TMW, including adding weights to the system.
- Dispatching all trips in TMW, including creating a trip number and assigning trucks, drivers, and trailers.
- Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) from customers.
- Manage the time clock and enter all PTO time for employees at the terminal.
- Order office supplies and truck supplies.
- Track driver uniforms and bills associated with the uniforms.
- Backup dispatchers.
- Assist in answering phones.
